You represent that you own the UGC and that it does not violate any rights.

We may provide access to third‑party tools or websites. These are provided “as is” without warranties. Your use of third‑party services is at your own risk. We are not responsible for third‑party content or transactions.

12. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Lionheart Tees uses Shopify to power the store, but all sales are made directly between you and Lionheart Tees. Shopify is not responsible for your purchases.

Your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the processing and transfer of your information.

Class‑Action Waiver

You agree not to participate in any class action, class arbitration, or representative action against Lionheart Tees.

Jury Trial Waiver

You waive your right to a jury trial.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. You consent to jurisdiction in Utah.

23. SEVERABILITY
